tiptoe thru da tulips wid marley & me :O)

April 2010...We had a such a specduckular time tiptoeing thru da tulips...we drove all da way out to dis place on Seabird Island in Agassiz,BC to visit da wonderfowl "Tulips of the Valley'' Festival.

It was a loverly and sunny Saturday. It were super windy so we almost gots blown away. teehee. My new pal, Marley came too. He just came to stays wid me da day before. Marley comes all da way from Nova Scotia :O) Isn’t dat kewl? He is a very special  bear. His big brother is Tweak. He is a Bearmani pocket bear made by my bear buddy, Snuffy Bearmani.

We just loved playing and running thru all da fields of flowers!  40 acres of dem! WHOA! Can ya imagine how many of dem dare tulips be dare? WOWZERS!!! Me and Marley started counting dem but stopped at about 10... *giggles dat cuz Marley can't go no higher!*I never seens so many tulips in all my life, row after row of dem. How faberoovalous it was. :O)

Check out Marlow and me... we both gots daffodil pins to wear to supports da Canadian Cancer Society.We had fun playing hide and seek in da blooms. I did da best at dat...in da yellow tulips course. lmbo! Marley is very cheeky and mischief and love dis game.He sure kepts me busy chasing after him...he's full of beans I finks!!!! :o)

We had a snack dat da be selling dare called bannock. It was yummy, like a fried dough and we puts jam on it.

We brought a loverly tulip potted plant home and we is watching and waiting for it to bloom. It be exciting!

It was fun sitting on dis kewl tractor. I also liked dem purple grape hyacinths. So loverly.

It was such a nice day. What a wonderful first adventure with Marley!

I is kinda digging dem yellow ones. don't know why? *giggles*

After the tulips fields we drove to a lil town called Kilby and went to da Harrison River.

Our Tulip Plant...It took about a week for the flowers to open. We watched and waited every day!

Yippeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! Dat flowers has been born! So Purdy!!!!!
